We measure results in two ways…
QUANTITATIVE — On the program intake form, you will indicate your current CLT (Contacts per Listing Taken) rate. You’ll know the program is working when this number gets lower and lower in the months following your training.
QUALITATIVE — You will also submit a recording of you delivering the opening lines to MFO’s Expired Listing and FSBO scripts at the beginning of the program… and then again at the end. You will be surprised by the before-and-after comparison!
